1. Ownership and License

All digital content, including sample packs, drum kits, loops, and other sounds (collectively, "Products") available on Loopnexus by Craftvet are the property of Loopnexus and its licensors. Upon purchase and download of any product, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the purchased content in your personal or commercial projects. You may use these products to create derivative works such as songs, compositions, productions, or performances.

2. Royalty-Free Usage

Once you have purchased any of our products, you are free to use them in any of your musical or audiovisual works without owing any royalties to Loopnexus by Craftvet or any third party. This includes use in both personal and commercial projects, such as songs, advertisements, films, podcasts, and multimedia productions.

Please note, however, that while the sounds and samples you purchase from us are royalty-free, they cannot be resold, licensed, or redistributed in any form as individual samples, loops, or sound libraries, whether for free or for profit.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that there will be no refunds after the product has been delivered, regardless of your satisfaction with the content. Please ensure that you carefully review product descriptions and audio previews (if available) before completing your purchase.

4. Delivery of Products

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a download link or immediate access to the purchased product. We are not responsible for issues related to your email provider, spam filters, or any technical issues on your end that may prevent the delivery or download of our products.
